Job summary
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newington, CT.As a Director of Finance you will lead your team of Accountants in generating all monthly financial, accounting, and statistical reports to be completed by the 15th day of the month. You will assist staff in analysis of balance sheet accounts monthly as well as supervise Accountants and Benefits Coordinators directly, conducting monthly reviews.
