The Senior Director of Employment Law provides strategic legal support across labor employment occupational safety matters.This role partners closely with Human Resources Security Risk Management teams to provide legal guidance manage employment litigation ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
The position leads the health safety team oversees compliance with applicable laws regulations provides counsel on employee relations regulatory inquiries organizational risk mitigation strategies.
