- Treat all clients with respect and uphold their rights.
- Attend mandatory trainings to comply with regulations.
- Complete necessary certification courses within specified timeframes.
- Ensure client safety and well-being during transport.
- Cooperate with the treatment team to support patient care.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while driving.
- Check and maintain transport vehicles after each use.
- Report any incidents promptly to the supervisor.

Secure Transport Driver Pay Range:
Compensation is based on the role's level and requirements. Salaries are determined by education, experience, internal equity, and market data. Typically, new team members start within the minimum to mid salary range.
Salary: $14.27-$21.41 Depending on Experience
Secure Transport Driver Summary: Secure transport drivers authorized under OAR 309-033-0432 can transport individuals in custody or on Diversion to approved facilities. Secure Transport is utilized for individuals taken into custody by a peace officer or community mental health program director after meeting certain criteria.

Drivers need a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. They must pass Oregon motor vehicle record check and maintain competency in CPR/First Aid and Pro-Act training.
