    Branch Services Manager

    t o join our team at our Santa Rosa Branch.
    In this role, you will manage a Retail Branch. Exercise executive and administrative direction over the office, ensuring compliance and a high level of customer service. Oversee sales, service, compliance and human resource related responsibilities. Achieve sales goals and financial targets for their branch. Ensure high quality operations and sales in the branch.

    Oversee the operations of the office, performs operational tasks, makes operational decisions and approvals, and directs and develops subordinates who are providing a full range of banking products and services.

    Retain and expand relationships with existing customers and represent the Bank in the community.

    What you will do:
    Manages a Retail Branch office and is responsible for overall performance, including achievement of sales and service goals. Leads both sales and operational areas of the branch. Performs operational tasks including decision making and approvals. Represents the Bank in the community.
    Manages and provides leadership to branch employees. Performs human resource management tasks including; hiring, performance appraisals, promotions, salary increases, coaching, training, development, and disciplinary actions. Ensures that compliance training and standards are met in a timely manner.
    Responsible for overall branch operational soundness, quality and efficiency. Ensures that the branch is following Bank policies and procedures at all times. Ensures that compliance training and standards are met in a timely manner.
    Leads and manages employees of a retail branch. Manages FTE for maximum efficiency and positive client experience.
    Actively works with internal and external business partners to meet assigned goals and client expectations.
    Executes on Region plan for business development. Establishes and maintains relationships with community leaders and achieves a significant presence of the Bank in the community.
    Ensures active community participation and leadership, including CRA activities, in the local community.

    Who you are:
    High School Diploma/GED
    Required: 5 years b anking experience with an emphasis in operations and sales


    Preferred:
    1-2 years management experience


    Preferred:
    Notary license
    Excellent interpersonal skills; successful experience managing and leading people.
    Thorough knowledge and skills related to standard banking services and products and banking internal operating policies and procedures.
    Knowledge of small business and consumer credit principles and practices.
    Ability to motivate employees to provide excellent customer service, demonstrate initiative, and achieve results.
    Sound working knowledge of small business and consumer credit principles and practices.
    Excellent interpersonal skills; successful experience managing and leading people. Considered a customer service role model.
    Ability to effectively introduce and sell Bank products and services.
    Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff from a variety of backgrounds.
    Ability to motivate employees to provide excellent customer service, demonstrate initiative, and achieve results.
    Knowledge of current applicable federal and state banking regulations.
    Subject-matter expert with regards to small business structures, operational requirements, regulatory and financial issues.
    The ability to analyze and apply the consumer and small business banking needs with specific Bank services and products.

    Pay Range:
    $66,560 - $90,000 annually

    Final compensation package will be determined by the work experience, education, and/or skill level of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with geographic market data.
