Job Summary

• Assists senior attorneys with underwriting and monitoring dockets. This includes analyzing active litigation cases, evaluating case values, servicing active loans.

General Accountabilities

• Organizes, enters and cross-references documents in a computerized database.
• Obtains, assembles and organizes documents pertinent to litigation.
• Have some familiarity of the litigation discovery process, requests and responses.
• Have familiarity of preparations of statements and declarations of witnesses, reviewing medical records.
• Assists management team in organizing and carrying out special projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree, JD
• Experience: 1-3 years of related legal experience
• Litigation experience preferred
• Some travel may be required
