- Own and lead event production projects, ensuring seamless onsite execution
- Manage and execute programs up to $1M, taking full ownership of production processes
- Ensure project / program are delivered on-time and on-budget with flawless execution
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and agency partners to facilitate clear communication and execution
- Work closely with leadership to assess and allocate project resources efficiently
- Manage client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are executed in a timely manner
- Provide clear ongoing communication to the client regarding roles, responsibilities, scope, budget, and schedules for assigned programs
- Develop and manage project budgets independently
- Oversee coordination with all internal parties on invoices and vendor payments
- Conduct budget reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy across projects
- Manage 1+ direct report, providing guidance and leadership
- Set regular check-ins with your teams to for project related updates and feedback in a timely manner
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to ensure all deliverables are met
- Responsible for ensuring timesheets and expenses are completed in a timely manner for all project workstreams whether leading or supervising
- Ensure all team members are on-boarding temporary production staff in accordance with company policy
- 5+ years of proven event production experience required
- Excellent communication, and project management skills.
- Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
- Strong leadership and team coaching skills
- Extraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation and intuition
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced, agency environment
- Excellent computer proficiency with Microsoft and Apple applications, team project software, and social media sites
- Understanding of technical knowledge, permitting, fabrication and AV production.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working onsite
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier items
- While working onsite, must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed
