    Store Engagement and Operations Manager

    If you are a self-motivated, driven individual who believes in a five-star experience for customers and employees and understands the importance of leading and motivating teams to be their best and likes to go after challenges and be a massive action taker, problem solver and solution maker, then this role is perfect for you

    What Your Days Look Like

    Managing all staffing needs, scheduling, inventory management, team and store training/development, store facility management, daily operational tasks, customer experience and overall store communications. You will be required to work shifts in both the front and back of house to maintain knowledge and when the schedule requires.

    Requirements

    • Experience working in a team lead position
    • Previous service industry experience a plus
