    Are you ready to launch your career in the thrilling world of media? H/L is on the lookout for a Junior Media Budget Analyst to join our dynamic Media team. As a key member, you'll get to roll up your sleeves and dive into budget reconciliation, monitor account details, and hone your investigative problem-solving skills. This role offers an exciting start to your career in the fast-paced world of Advertising

    This role is open to remote candidates, preferably in PST or MST.

    What You'll Do:

    • Monitor the monthly budget, including analyzing and reconciling variances and discrepancies
    • Maintain up-to-date budget spreadsheets to ensure accuracy
    • Assist with the uploading of invoices to the internal dashboard
    • Regularly communicate budget status updates to both the Account and Media teams
    • Collaborate with various teams to support processes, ensuring consistent communication with the Account and Media teams on budget status updates
    Who You Are:
    • You have a Bachelor's degree
    • You have worked 0-2 years in finance, accounting, marketing, or equivalent experience
    • You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel functions such as editing, formatting, and creating and maintaining formulas; Google Suite; and the basics of Strata/Advantage billing systems
