- Provide direct Housing Support Services to a caseload of up to 50 individuals.
- Assist in housing transitions, assessments, and tenant screenings.
- Support clients in identifying and securing housing options.
- Offer guidance on housing applications, vouchers, and utility assistance.
- Help clients sustain their tenancy through training and budget management.
- GED or high school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two+ years of relevant experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of affordable housing programs is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in technology tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Desire to collaborate with individuals with disabilities and uphold ethical values.
