    The Business Process Analyst will assist the Business Process Manager with a variety of tasks related to process improvement, documentation, and training. The Business Process Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving process optimization efforts and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's operations.

    This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn new things.

    Responsibilities and Duties
    • Assist in the collection and analysis of process-related data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Assist the Business Process Manager with process mapping and flowcharting.
    • Utilize analytical tools and techniques to assess process performance metrics, such as cycle time, error rates, and throughput.
    • Generate reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Gather and document process information.
    • Develop and update process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Create and deliver training materials for new and updated processes.
    • Assist with the implementation of new and improved processes.
    • Conduct root cause analysis to investigate deviations from expected process outcomes and propose corrective actions.
    • Analyze and report on process performance metrics.
    • Identify and document opportunities for process improvement.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI).
    • Creative problem solving
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to interpret and communicate complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience with process mapping and flowcharting tools (preferred).
