- Assist in the collection and analysis of process-related data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist the Business Process Manager with process mapping and flowcharting.
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to assess process performance metrics, such as cycle time, error rates, and throughput.
- Generate reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Gather and document process information.
- Develop and update process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Create and deliver training materials for new and updated processes.
- Assist with the implementation of new and improved processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis to investigate deviations from expected process outcomes and propose corrective actions.
- Analyze and report on process performance metrics.
- Identify and document opportunities for process improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI).
