R & T Yoder HVAC, Inc in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time experienced technician to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled technician who can provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Residential Service HVAC Mechanic Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating and cooling systems.

You will earn a competitive wage of up to $40/hour, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a range of benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, sick days, holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, and a company vehicle and uniforms.

Requirements

4+ years of HVAC field experience
Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC systems
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
