CQ Insulation is a leading contractor for building insulation, fireproofing, and division 10 specialties. The Company focuses on large-scale new construction projects throughout the country; multi-family, residential, senior living, commercial, and government work.

Our project administration team is seeking a rock star coordinator (Coordinator I) to join our Tampa, FL office. Our ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and work well under time constraints, with a fanatic attention to detail and a results-oriented attitude.

Requires strong capacity in MS Excel and professional writing and communication skills. Also calls for an innovator mindset, self-motivated energy, detailed organization, and the ability to work well with office and field personnel and customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Insert data into company portals based on text and numerical information from source documents,

· Review data for deficiencies or errors and initiate corrective action as needed,

· Prioritize entry of data based on customer-set deadlines,

· Prepare and assist field personnel with preconstruction deliverables,

· Perform duties in relation to company standards and requirements,

· Serve as a liaison between various teams for incoming and on-going projects,

· Assist management.

Qualifications:

· Strong capacity of MS Excel; no coding required,

· Salesforce experience would be beneficial,

· High level of sustained focus,

· Hard charger,

· Ability to approach problems both logically and creatively,

· Sense of humor, willingness to laugh at danger,

· Cooperative, effective team player,

· Self-starter who seeks out challenge and responsibility,

· High attention to detail.

Salary: $47,500 initial base salary

*Monthly bonus opportunity after 90 days
