    Assessment SchedulerAs an Assessment Scheduler, you will have the opportunity to coordinate the scheduling of assessments for individuals with developmental disabilities with our field team members and provide technical and project administrative support for various contracts/customers

    Hours for Virginia-based role:
    8:00 am - 4:30 pm Eastern TimeHybrid: partially home-based and in the Glen Allen, Virginia office

    Hours for Iowa-based role:
    7:00 am - 3:30 am Central Time, Monday - Friday Hybrid: partially home-based and in the West Des Moines, Iowa office

    Hours for Colorado -based role:
    8:00 am - 4:30 am Mountain Time, Monday
    • Friday Hybrid: partially home based and in the Greenwood Village, CO office.
    Essential FunctionsPerform the scheduling of off-site and virtual face-to-face assessment appointments coordinating with multiple outside resources. Answer phones, monitor email inboxes, order supplies, and copy and distribute correspondence.
    Collaborate with field assessors and coordinates appointments for team member calendars. Ensure all documentation is thorough, accurate, and complete in the scheduling application. Communicate with internal/external customers in a professional manner.
    Coordinate project documentation and prepare correspondence from/for multiple sources.
    Provide a basic description of the assessment process to respondents so they understand the duration and purpose.
    Monitor the status of assigned productivity and confirmed/completed assessments.
    Report variations or discrepancies to management. RequirementsExperience scheduling field-based staff (i.e. home health care) and coordinating appointments involving multiple parties, such as surgical scheduling using Microsoft Outlook. High school diploma or equivalent.2 years of experience working in a customer service or healthcare environment.
    Demonstrated ability working with confidential information and in a deadline-driven environment.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and intermediate PC skills.
    Must reside within 30 minutes of the Glen Allen, VA Telligen office for Virginia-based roles.
    Must reside within 30 minutes of the West Des Moines, IA Telligen office for Iowa-based roles. Must reside within 30 minutes of the Greenwood Village, CO Telligen office for Colorado-based roles. Pay rate in Colorado will be approximately $20.00 per hour.
    Because of the nature and immediacy of the work, the ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance is essential.
