- As an RN at Arizona General Hospital you will assess patient/family health problems and resources implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care.
- Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.
- Position requires providing service to one or more age groups including young adults through geriatric patients in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

ResponsibilitiesNo two days in emergency nursing are ever the same. You're a multitasker who can react quickly as you'll prioritize patients based on their medical necessity while you're providing emergency triage to others. As part of our ER team, you'll partner with an experienced clinical team to deliver stabilizing care to our patients by performing IV starts, foley catheter insertions, or aiding providers with chest tube insertions.
To thrive as an ER nurse, you should exhibit teamwork, professionalism, critical thinking skills, and a willingness to take on additional projects such as patient experience initiatives. More than anything, you should be energetic and motivated to provide quality care to all of our patients, maintaining their dignity at every step.
Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days. This program provides debt relief and student loan assistance to help you achieve your goals.
