    Being a People Technology Analyst at iManage Means...
    You are a proactive and data-driven professional interested in the realm of people technology. You are skilled in HRIS processes and workflows using platforms like Ceridian Dayforce, Jazz HR, and Zendesk. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, your mission is to enhance current PeopleOps practices while exploring innovative global solutions. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for day-to-day HRIS administrative functions from end to end, contributing to data integrity, system maintenance, process improvement, and more. Plus, you'll provide crucial assistance for HRIS and payroll-related activities, making you an integral part of our team.
    iM Responsible For...

    • Collaborating with Global People Operations to support system-related projects, ensuring compliance with local regulatory standards during system upgrades, enhancements, and process redesign.
    • Supporting new system releases by conducting testing, presenting new functionalities to our team, and overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Providing system backup and tier 1 support on various tasks such as payroll, benefits, entitlements, and compliance as needed.
    • Working closely with PeopleOps, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless data integration and integrity.
    • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for business processes and workflows.
    • Offering general troubleshooting assistance to team members and employees.
    • Safeguarding data integrity by creating audits and suggesting process and system improvements.
    • Ensuring HRIS services adhere to professional and regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
    • Continually acquiring and applying new knowledge and skills necessary to support people technology systems.

    iM Qualified Because I Have...

    • A bachelor's degree in human resources, IT, business, or related field OR equivalent experience.
    • 1 - 2 years of professional-level HRIS, information technology or human resources experience
    • Experience configuring and supporting HRIS systems (Ceridian Dayforce preferred).
    • Proficiency in Excel.
    • An interest in learning technology such as SQL, XML and APIs.
    • Expertise in data entry methods & data audits.
    • Technical and report writing experience.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as time-management, project/tasks prioritization skills.
    • The ability to handle and protect confidential and sensitive information.
    • Experience collaborating with others worldwide as part of a global team.
