Job summary
We are currently hiring for Supports Coordinators to work with individuals of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities.The position provides case management services to a group of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in various community living arrangement programs or their own/family homes through Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.
