    The FP&A team at Oura plays an important part in delivering our company mission. To further our impact, we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our global FP&A team.

    Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, Core FP&A, in this role you'll focus on company-wide financial reporting, playing an integral role in creating impactful financial reports and analysis.

    This includes owning and developing the company financial model, building out sophisticated models to drive process improvements and helping lead key processes including annual planning, quarterly forecast updates and various internal leadership and board reporting.

    Maintain and constantly improve the company-wide financial model, providing regular analysis and reporting on all three financial statements.

    Assume ownership of the headcount and personnel cost planning process, modeling out organizational-wide personnel costs and forecasting headcount growth in a manner that's consistent with the company's growth and strategic initiatives.

    Assist in driving month end close and reporting processes, partnering closely with accounting on ensuring accuracy of financials and providing insights/commentary on company results relative to plan/forecast.

    Help define and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes, including establishing timelines, preparing Opex spend targets and consolidation of inputs from across the entire organization.

    Support the preparation of key monthly and quarterly deliverables including Monthly Flash presentations, Board meeting materials, Quarterly Business Reviews and others.

    Act as primary strategic Finance Business Partner for multiple G&A and R&D functions, focusing on forecasting and budget planning as well as maintaining and evolving budget vs.

    Drive best practices as it pertains to reporting and the utilization of data from a number of sources.
    Prepare other ad hoc analysis and modeling as needed.
    4-5 years of relevant finance experience.
    ~ Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, working with planning tools (e.g. Exceptional model building skills.
    ~ Ability to work cross functionally and experience communicating with or presenting to people at all levels of the organization with varying levels of financial literacy.
