    Description

    This position will lead a new data effort and support the customer in its execution.

    This position will be leading a geographically dispersed team that works to build out data focused applications using rapid prototyping and agile developments.

    These efforts will have multiple stake holders and multiple simultaneous production lines.

    This position also will support a COL and government staff in their efforts with the politics of the Army and the building.

    A knowledgeable PM who can assist with contacts and experience the navigation of senior level efforts is essential.


    This is an area of tremendous growth potential, so experience in identifying and capturing organic and tangential growth are paramount.

    This role will be performed onsite.

    This role will require ~20% TDY within the assigned AOR.

    Requirements

    10-15 years experience with program management and Army/Pentagon politics
    Former Military/GS-15 experience or above
    Experience with program funding in DoD, mission justifications, POMs
    Significant experience with executive and general officer level support elements and briefings
    Experience with Rapid Development management, user story based backlogs, and managing Software development programs in Agile style
    Experience with data and data focused missions.

    PMP
    US Government clearance at Secret or TS level
    Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
    Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds.
    Ability to commute to the designated onsite work location as required.
