    As an FTTH (Fiber to the Home) Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of fiber optic network deployment projects. Your role involves coordinating various aspects of project planning, resource management, scheduling, and quality assurance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of FTTH installations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Planning and Execution:

    Develop project execution plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones.

    Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.

    Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.

    Resource Management:

    Schedule and manage personnel, subcontractors, supplies, and equipment.

    Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure project satisfaction and timely completion.

    Quality Assurance:

    Assure the quality of work completed by subcontractors.

    Implement best practices and industry standards for FTTH installations.

    Address any issues related to work quality promptly.

    Budget and Schedule Management:

    Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.

    Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential delays.

    Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure timely project milestones.

    Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

    Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

    Proactively address any challenges that may impact project delivery.

    Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding project status.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and close-out reports.

    Keep accurate records of project activities, changes, and approvals.

    Communicate project updates to relevant teams and management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, project management).
    • Proven experience in managing FTTH projects or similar telecommunications infrastructure projects.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to FTTH installations.
