    Description

    We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Legal Secretary at a reputable law firm in the Brazos Valley.

    The ideal candidate will have proven administrative experience in an office setting, preferably within a legal environment.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including document preparation, scheduling, and client communications.
    Assist with the drafting and formatting of legal documents and correspondence.
    Maintain and organize legal files and documents, both electronic and physical.
    Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
    Perform legal research and compile information as required.
    Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
    Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all legal documents and communications.

    Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


    Skills:
    Bachelor's degree preferred.
    1 year legal experience preferred.

    0-1 years


    Qualifications:
    Proven experience as an administrative assistant or secretary in an office setting.
    Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is preferred.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
    Fast and accurate typing skills.
    Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
