    • Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
    • Four days in clinic and one day in Operating Room per week
    • One day per month spent in Cortland location
    • Strong Extended Providers and Support Staff 
    • Excellent Benefits Package
    • Salary Range $353,350-$491,561
