Job summary

The OAG is seeking applicants for an Investigator position in the Medicaid Fraud and Vulnerable Victims Unit (MFVVU). This unit is made up of 47 attorneys, investigators, auditors and support staff. The staff are divided into ten multi-disciplinary teams who are responsible for: investigation and prosecution of criminal cases involving Medicaid fraud by healthcare providers; civil enforcement actions under the Maryland False Health Claims Act; prosecuting abuse and neglect of vulnerable adults; prosecuting opioid diversion.
