Job summary
This position is for an engineering role on the Delaware Basin Gas Plants team with main responsibilities including project execution operations support PSM compliance support and facility optimization.Responsibilities include providing technical support to operations developing scope of work for-bid packages tracking forecasting costs and milestone schedules regularly communicating progress to project stakeholders sizing and specifying mechanical equipment selecting appropriate piping materials diameters and thicknesses interpreting designing Process Flow Diagrams Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams Plot Plans Piping Plans and Piping Isometrics developing process simulations material & energy balances using ProMax software supporting process optimization efforts communicating effectively with internal external team members completing projects through entire project lifecycle performing feasibility studies Front End Loading cost estimates generating AFE's performing detailed engineering design scoping bidding managing construction commissioning contractors as-built drawings participating in pre-startup safety reviews reviewing assets to enhance safety mechanical reliability operational flexibility capacity assuring Targa design construction standards are satisfied Local State Federal Targa Safety Environmental regulations policies are satisfied other duties assigned.
