    The Role*Data Warehouse analyst/developer who is responsible for efforts in gathering requirement clarifications, process analysis, system analysis, helping with data modeling, data analysis, data mapping, system requirements and functional testing for data warehouse systems supporting a variety of business groups as project needs dictate. Partner in a Data Warehouse team environment or be able to independently design, develop, code, test and debug new software or significant enhancements to existing Data Warehouse software of moderate complexity. Develop solutions across many disciplines and be responsible for explaining solutions and procedures. Apply principles, theories and concepts and use methodologies, tools, documentation processes and test procedures to complete projects related to moderately complex software.

    The Main Responsibilities** Works with architects, system engineers and product owners to understand/detail business and system requirements and logical/physical data models

    • Works with scrum team members and other team's system analysts to create/update/enhance source to target mapping documents
    • Works as quality assurance to generate test plans and test cases
    • Analyzes programming requests for the purpose of assisting integration with current applications
    • Develops ETL code, test scenarios and assists with UAT Build and data loading for User Acceptance Testing
    • Estimates levels of effort (LOEs) for work requests: analysis, design, development and testing
    • Participates in and/or consults on Integrated Application and Regression Testing
    • Tasks may include project implementation, researching and evaluating problems, and recommending and implementing decisions
    • Conducts training for the purpose of providing technical expertise to end users
    • Tasks may include training for System Operator/Programmer, providing user activity education, and one-on-one support

    What We Look For in a Candidate** Consulting level Typically with 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree.

    • 4+ years of experience with a Master's Degree
    • Ability to work in a team environment yet be self-directed, proactive and action-oriented
    • Demonstrated proficiency in all required systems analysis skills
    • Technical experience with applications development (designed and written applications code)
    • Experience with office automation tools (e.g. PowerPoint), modeling tools (e.g. Visio, ERwin, Rose, UML), data analysis tools (e.g. TOAD, Oracle SQL Developer, DBeaver), and ETL tools (Informatica), Data Lake (Cloudera/Impala), databases (Oracle, Sql Server)
    • Demonstrated strong organizational, oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to adapt to continually-changing priorities and aggressive project timeframes and work on multiple fast-paced, complex projects
    • Project management experience; ability to lead others
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to test applications specific to assigned area
