Description:
HigherEchelon Inc., is seeking a Business Development Director to lead technical business development efforts in the Engineering and Gaming Solutions business segment.
The selected candidate will have a strong understanding of the Federal and DoD markets to include AMCOM, S3I, FBI, MDA, NASA, Futures Command, NAVAIR, and PEO STRI in Orlando and have the technical skills required to identify viable opportunities, engage with customers, and develop technically compliant and compelling business solutions.
To be successful, the candidate will have a firm understanding of HigherEchelon's core capabilities- specifically in Engineering and Gaming and Simulations, have strong writing skills and be able to work well in a dynamic, small business environment.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience, the ability to perform well under pressure, possess a can-do attitude and be able to solve difficult problems.
The successful candidate must have business development and proposal writing experience, be detail oriented and thrive on developing winning solutions, as well as a commitment and willingness to help grow our business.
