    Job Summary:


    As a Clinical Director, your primary function will be to establish program direction, monitor the management of the program's resources, and the coordination of overall service delivery and personnel administration at our facilities outpatient clinics.

    This position is an independently licensed behavioral health professional who ensures the provision of quality and cost-effective integrated services.

    This position will work with community partners, business leaders and other programs to expand our facilities programming and make our facility the agency of choice when referring patients partnering for contract expansion and develop programs.


    Job Highlights:

    • Schedule:
    Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) rotating on call, mostly a phone call, on site is rare and mainly for crisis situations.

    Requirements:

    • Independent License in Social Work (LPC/LCSW)
    • Ability to supervise a diverse population of staff from BHT's to peer support, etc.
    • Master's Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health
    • 3-5 years of clinical and administrative managerial experience
    • 2-5 years or more experience in a supervisory or management role

    Pay Details: $108,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
