    At Select Physical Therapy, we are expanding and currently have a job opening at our Outpatient clinic in Santa Rosa, California. We are in search of an outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to become part of our dynamic team. Our outpatient ortho center caters to a diverse range of patients, from teenagers to the elderly, including those seeking general orthopedic, sports medicine, and industrial rehabilitation. You will join the largest provider of outpatient physical therapy services in the country, where you will collaborate with professionals who share your passion for helping and educating the community. This position offers reasonable caseload expectations, full-time hours, and opportunities for clinical and professional development as part of a leading national provider of outpatient rehabilitation services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, following State Practice Act regulations
    • Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing prescribed treatment plans
    • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients, caregivers, and facilities, maintaining compliance with therapy practices, Select Medical policies, and procedures
    • Foster positive relationships with facilities and clients to enhance and expand client engagement

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an approved Physical Therapist Assistant program, with national certification by the CAPTE
    • Hold a valid state license and/or certification for practice
    • Current CPR certification
