    Job Summary

    This Pharmacy Technician role plays a vital part in delivering compassionate care to our patients and customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment where you will be empowered to build your clinical, technical, and insurance knowledge and expertise by leveraging available tools and training.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to fill patient prescriptions promptly, safely, and accurately.
    • Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.

    Requirements

    • Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
    • Attention and Focus: Ability to concentrate on tasks without being distracted.
    • Customer Service Orientation: Actively look for ways to help people and respond appropriately.
    • Communication Skills: Use verbal and written communication to interact with customers and colleagues.
    • Mathematical Reasoning: Ability to use math to solve problems.
    • Problem Resolution: Able to judge when something is wrong and choose the best course of action.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
    • PTCB National Certification.

    Education

    High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is $16.00 - $25.00 per hour.
