Applicant must have 8 years of experience with the following:

Experience as Oracle Core HR, Talent Management Lead
Experience in Fusion HCM modules Suite such as Workforce Compensation, Health and Safety, HR Helpdesk
Experience in all phases of End-to-End Implementations, support, and Upgrades
Experience in leading the designing, building, and implementing enhancements to HR Processes and structure
Experience in Connecting Oracle HCM to 3rd Party solutions via native integrations, Extracts and Middleware
Experience in setting up HCM Role Security and uploading Registration Certificates
Experience in Redwood Design of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and transition from classic UI to Redwood UI
Experience in Oracle Visual Builder, OIC, Process Automation
Experience in OCI
