    We have an opportunityfor a Senior Product Offering Management Specialist role to leadour Hearing and Communications product line on our general safety team withinthe Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business. Located in the heart of uptown Charlotte, NC, Honeywell PPE is a global leader insafety, comfort and security.     In this role you'll be at the heart of our business, workingclosely with field sales, marketing communications, strategic marketing, globalR&D, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing. customer care, key business partners and the seniormanagement team to maximize the growth, development and return oninvestment of the business today and in the future.

    What you will be doing:
    Manageproduct life cycle, new product road map and overall product strategy to driverevenue, orders and gross profit for the region. You will be daily part of aglobal team for both product development and go-to-market plans in regionsaround the world. You will partner with the sales and channel teams to leadpricing and develop plans to target new business opportunities and grow yourbusiness line. You will become the clearvoice for your segment and define the end-user product requirements and facilitatethe tactical SKU system actions.
    Responsibilities:
    • Execute product strategy and full life cycle including New Product Initiatives and sunsetting of old products with a global development team for global markets
    • Engage with key customers as the product line expert and key advisor
    • Focus on Voice of Customer to drive product development and enhancements
    • Accountable for pricing, profitability and helping to deliver total revenue for the hearing and communications product line
    • Identify business opportunities, and develop opportunity pipelines
    • Support sales processes
    • Handle technical queries.
    • Network within industry
    • Manage import and export processes to ensure product flow
    MUSTHAVE:
    • 3+ years of experience across product marketing, new product introductions or product management experience with tangible/durable products or electronics
    • Experience in related fields such asindustrial sales or product engineering could serve to partially supplement theproduct management experience.
    U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT
    Must be a US Citizen due to contractual obligations.
