The IT Field Support Engineer will be responsible for incident management and technical support of Company-Owned and Authorized Reseller Stores. This is a Field Support position with daily driving to various retail locations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
o Windows 10 Imaging/Deployment/Troubleshooting
o Advanced IP Networking Troubleshooting Skills; LAN/WAN, understanding of VLANs, Network troubleshooting
o Field service experience including support of Payment Kiosks, Video-over-Ethernet technology, Printers, Monitors, Electronic Payment Technology
o Customer service Skills
o Time management Skills/ Needs to be able to work independently and in a team environment
o MUST have a personal (reliable) vehicle to use. Mileage will be reimbursed based on IRS rates
o Must be able to handle the Physical Requirements of the position, such as Climbing ladders (12-ft) and lifting up to 50 lbs.

NETWORKING SKILLS:
o Experience in LAN/WAN topology, including wired and wireless networks
o Understanding of and experience with use of network troubleshooting techniques (DOS commands, network software application, etc.
o Advanced Troubleshooting of network cabling topology utilizing DOS commands

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for incident management and technical support within retail stores. Technical Support activities include but are not limited to:
o desktop, printer, in-store VoIP, wired/wireless/data network, point of sale,
o specialty computing devices and related hardware
o Signature Capture devices, Receipt Printers, Scanners
o Self-Service Payment Kiosks
o Video Presentation Monitors from 52" to 95 and associated network devices
o Security Systems (Cameras and Security Desktop PC)
o Tier 2 support for Networking Devices including but not limited to: Routers and switches, Wireless Access Points, & Wireless Networks
o Routers and switches
o Wireless Access Points
o Wireless Networks
