    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Renal Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to individuals undergoing dialysis treatment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide individualized patient care and education to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
    • Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
    • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
    • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

    Requirements

    • Current RN licensure in applicable state
    • Minimum 6 months of experience in acute dialysis nursing
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of nephrology nursing principles and practices

    Compensation

    The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
