    Description


    In the role of Housekeeping, incumbent will provide a full range of quality services to safely and dependably clean, protect and maintain the JP+ Distribution Center.

    Ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently to maintain a clean and organized environment.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    • Performs a broad range of general cleaning and disinfecting duties including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash cans, bathrooms, break rooms and refilling dispensers.
    • Notify superiors on any damages, shortages and disruptions.
    • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices and policies.
    • Cross train on other functions including Warehouse Associate, Shipping and Receiving.
    • Participate in inventory counts.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    RequirementsQualifications

    • Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper highly preferred.
    • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    Physical Requirements

    • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
    • Must be able to move and work in a distribution center non-climate controlled environment.
    • Ability to lift 10-20 lbs with or without accommodations.
