Description

Job Overview

This role is responsible for performing system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated technical aptitude, with basic computer skills and the ability to use hand and power tools.

A strong understanding of HVAC systems and effective communication skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities

Leverage Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools for system commissioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control problems.
Respond to basic warranty calls and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with management and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated technical aptitude and basic computer skills.
Ability to use hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws).
Attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Two years' experience in installing electronic and/or mechanical systems.
Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC systems.

Company Requirements

Maintain a high degree of regard for employee and subcontractor safety, adhering to all safety standards and attending required safety training sessions.

Evaluate and calibrate systems requiring basic electronic test equipment, ensuring precise measurements and documentation.

Communicate effectively with JCI contractors or customers upon arrival and departure, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the project.
