- Estrategia y ejecución: Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de alto impacto que maximicen la visibilidad y las ventas. Crear promociones efectivas y acciones de marketing (push & pull) junto a alianzas y descuentos, enfocados en el branding en clientes y activaciones en el punto de venta.
- Análisis de mercado: Realizar análisis detallados para identificar oportunidades de mercado y medir la efectividad de las estrategias aplicadas, ajustando las tácticas según sea necesario para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.
- Supervisión y formación: Visitar regularmente los puntos de venta para verificar la implementación de planogramas, demostraciones y la presencia de la marca. Capacitar y liderar al equipo en indicadores clave y nuevas iniciativas.
- Gestión operativa: Coordinar la logística y distribución de materiales promocionales y otros recursos esenciales, asegurando un adecuado control, orden y limpieza en los almacenes asignados.
- Comunicación y liderazgo: Mantener una comunicación fluida y efectiva con el Gerente de Ventas, Team Leaders, Desarrolladores y otros stakeholders, supervisando y motivando al equipo para el cumplimiento de metas.
- Evaluación y ajustes: Realizar seguimientos constantes y detallados de cada plan e iniciativa, proponiendo ajustes dinámicos para cerrar brechas y contribuir al crecimiento sostenido de la compañía.

Objetivo del rol:
Convertirse en el nexo esencial entre los equipos de mercadeo y comercial, y los puntos de venta. Tu misión será diseñar e implementar estrategias de mercadeo efectivas que aseguren una visibilidad sobresaliente, promociones efectivas (sell-in y sell-out), y la disponibilidad y fidelización tanto de clientes o distribuidores (B2B) como de consumidores finales (B2C).
