- Eyes are always on the critical 6: ice, juice, syrups/mixers, spirits, glassware, bar top cleanliness
- Anticipate items to stock during shift prior to running out
- Understand bar equipment and how to troubleshoot problems during shift (Low CO2 in tap lines, dishwasher cycling, changing beer keys, etc.)
- Maintain bar cleanliness from all angles the bar top where guests are seated, the bar back where spirits, glassware, supplies are located, waste bins, and floors
- Thorough knowledge of menu and beverage offerings and supporting knowledge of brand vision and standards of quality
- Prior experience highly preferred
- A proactive and detailed demeanor
