    We are a rapidly growing Marketing/Consulting firm and currently, we are seeking individuals who want to provide superior customer service to our major client, TELUS Communications.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Respond to, handle and resolve customer inquiries
    • Provide customers with product and service information
    • Process orders, forms, and applications
    • Identify and deescalate customer issues

    Experience/Requirements:

    • Six months or more experience in a customer service environment preferred
    • Ability to demonstrate continuous results/work history
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Background screening
