    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Hardware Engineering. The Director of Hardware Engineering will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers, overseeing the design and development of hardware systems, and ensuring the successful implementation of hardware solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting research and analysis, and providing technical guidance and expertise.

    Qualifications

    • Strong background in Electrical Engineering, Systems Design, and Systems Engineering
    • Experience in Program Management and Mechanical Engineering
    • Proven leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills
    • Experience in the retail, hospitality, or manufacturing industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
