Role Description:

Duties include operational and regulatory support, potentially for both clinical and financial reporting; metrics consolidation and reporting writing queries against data sources, and then consolidating results to feed Tableau dashboards; ad-hoc reporting as needed; analytics projects; and other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Development
Strong SQL development using best practice industry standards
Cerner Med Series 4 reporting experience (preferably financial / Revenue cycle / reimbursement)
Data normalization
Metrics development (defining population, numerators, and denominator)
Ability to transition work, perform SQL code reviews and peer testing of deliverables
Consulting
Consultant communication skills and Software Development Life Cycle discipline: gathering & documenting and confirming requirements gathering, evaluate against existing inventory, designing solution, obtaining SME signoff, coding,

testing/validation,

UAT, SME signoff & documentation, ability to transition work and train end users
Executive interaction
Estimates work effort, and reports Actual Hours against those estimates, especially for multiple concurrent work streams
Provides weekly

Issue/Risk/Accomplishment/Plans

Status Reports for assigned work; identifies problems and issues and recommends solutions
