    Job Overview


    This position is responsible for supporting primarily the upstream and some downstream strategies, and deliverables for Henry Schein Orthodontics aligner and digital solutions product lines.

    Works with Product Manager(s) to coordinate and establish marketing strategies, including product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development, to manage a product or product category's life cycle.

    Researches the market and competitive environment in the effort to help define a product vision that provides significant long-term advantage to the targeted customers of the assigned products and to the company.

    Interfaces with engineers, regulatory, sales, marketing and operations, to ensure revenue, develop product requirements and ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.

    Key Responsibilities

    Works with Product Manager(s) and Marketing Managers to coordinate, develop and implement product go-to-market plans, working with all cross functional departments to execute
    Creates, launches and maintains product category SKUs
    Collaborates with cross functional teams to design, implement and launch packaging and hardware projects
    Coordinates and executes sales and marketing programs to help drive sales, margin growth, and increase market share for products. Also, contributes to development and execution of product promotion strategies.
    Provides testing support, system configuration, training documentation, and administrative work per written procedures. Will provide updates and improvement to procedures as needed.

    Collaborates with the Marketing Communication and Digital Marketing Groups on marketing initiatives, content for marketing communication tools and digital platforms that need to be developed.

    Works with Product Manager(s) to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap by leveraging competitive, customer and market analysis
    Uses analytical tools to track product and marketing programs performance.
    Conducts trade research on the product offerings inclusive of competitive, client, pricing and industry trending
    Works with Project Manager to develop of project plans and status reports to monitor projects and key business metrics
    Works with Product Manager(s) to prioritize and manage the feature backlog for effective release planning
    Provides new ideas and concepts that contribute to internal process improvements, enhanced customer experience, expand product capabilities and set us apart from our competition
    Works closely with development or vendor team(s) to ensure feature sets exceed customer expectation
    Includes travel to visit customers and attend industry events
    May involve ownership of some short term projects as assigned

    Specific Knowledge & Skills

    Must be moderately proficient in project management knowledge & skills
    Must be moderately proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    Must be knowledgeable of current Information Technology Hardware and Software
    Must be knowledgeable of Technologies associated with small to medium businesses
    Possesses good public presentation skills both internal and external (customer-facing)
    Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional team(s)
    Experience in working with or developing product requirements for hardware and software products and services
    Experience in product line SKU management and packaging
    Knowledge of the Dental market including the business of dentistry is a plus

    Minimum Work Experience

    Typically 4 or more years of related support experience; 3 or more years of management experience.

    Preferred Education

    Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

    Travel / Physical Demands

    Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
