Title:

As a Digital System Intern for KBR, you will be asked to perform many of the responsibilities and functions that would be expected of a graduate, entry level software developer. You will perform work activities on actual KBR projects overseen by a senior member of the digital team. You will assist our business organization in the acceleration of adoption of digital capabilities to drive results. You will also gain exposure to an agile SCRUM team by participating in daily stand ups, sprint reviews, demos and code reviews.

Common Tasks

• Enhance existing solutions, troubleshoot issues and complete internal testing
• Develop new solutions for business units following proposed designs
• Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development processes
• Attend team meetings and provide updates on project progress and status

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages is a requirement, such as Python, C#, Java, etc.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, seeking a baccalaureate, master's, or doctoral degree; or recently graduated from an accredited college or university with a baccalaureate, master's, or doctoral degree.
• Good academic standing as established by your college or university
• Have a declared degree and major appropriate for the position
