Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

Property & Casualty license required within 30 days of employment.

Experience managing client relationships is preferred Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.

Identify opportunity for additional product sales of current customers. Able to anticipate customer needs. Experience in managing walk-in client inquiries and high telephone volume.
