    Local Lawn Service Company / Customer Service Representative

    Pay: $12 Depending on ExperienceHours: Monday - Friday 8-5

    Job Duties:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
    • Resolve issues and complaints promptly.
    • Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems.
    • Maintain records of interactions and transactions.
    • Escalate unresolved issues as needed.
    • Promote products and services to customers.
    • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with team members for effective resolution.
    • Data entry-strong computer skills required.
    • Maintain and build relationships with clients.
    • Inputting customer information accurately.
    • Inbound & outbound phone customer service.

    Applicant Requirements:
    • Must have a clean background.
    • Must be able to pass a drug screen.
    • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
    • Must be willing to learn a NEW user-friendly program.
