    Job Title: Physical Therapist

    Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist who is passionate about enhancing patients' well-being through personalized treatment plans and evidence-based practices.     Responsibilities:

    • Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
    • Create customized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.
    • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
    • Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment options, and home exercise routines.
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments when needed for optimal results.
    • Communicate efficiently with medical staff to coordinate care and foster teamwork.
    • Maintain accurate records of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.

    Qualifications:

    • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
    • CPR certification.
    • Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking abilities.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
    • Commitment to delivering patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism.
    • Previous experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
