The Compliance Officer provides overall maintenance of compliance program management for the WV Department of Agriculture.Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to the division director in formulating and implementing compliance programs.
- Draft or amend laws, rules, and regulations regarding division programs.
- Justify submissions before the legislature regarding divisional policy change requiring legislative approval.
