    About the Role:

    CrowdStrike is seeking a Director of Global Business Policy to join our Worldwide Sales and Operations Organization and Global Renewals Management Function within the Customer Acquisition and Retention Excellence Organization. As a key sales and operations support function, the Director of Global Business Policy is critical to CrowdStrike's ability to achieve sustainable retention of key accounts, protect annual recurring revenue (ARR), and drive operational discipline in the field for customer retention and growth processes. This critical teammate will be responsible for: (i) building and scaling the global business policy function and (ii) driving execution through cross-functional partnerships across the organization.

    What You'll Do:

    Support the Field Sales Organization and Sales Operations team in driving ARR retention at scale through execution of the following:

    • Create, recommend and seek executive buy in and approval on global business policies to support the growth and retention of CrowdStrike's customers
    • Establish and lead a cross-functional forum with finance, sales, sales ops leadership on new business policy creation and business policy changes
    • Partner with the deal review team on defining exceptions to global business policy and creating automatic workflows to capture exceptions to policy
    • Govern commercial terms and non-standard approvals related to deals
    • Lead the Quoting Center of Excellence Specialists team who are responsible for implementing sales processes and tools to support the established global business policies
    • Gather input from the Deal Review team and other stakeholders on any updates to existing business policies
    • Actively communicate any new business policy as well as business policy changes to the field sales organization, ensuring transparency and timely information flow
    • Act as subject matter expert on global business policy practices and ensure globally consistent processes in place to support adherence to such policies
    • Maintain and update critical business policies and drive adherence to internal processes and business rules
    • Partner with the deal review consultants in building and scaling the Deal Review function

    What You'll Need:

    • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales and operations, deal desk, or business practices in high tech
    • Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue business model
    • Background in subscription and consumption pricing models, pricing analytics and creation of enterprise commercial business policy and processes
    • Experience building and scaling sales processes and tools in accordance with business policy
    • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
    • Knowledge of Enterprise Sales Infrastructure, such as Salesforce CRM/CPQ. Ability to understand complex systems and dependencies
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of partners
    • Excels at working cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT

    This role will be based in REMOTE Americas. The position will report to the Director of Global Deal Review.
