    Job Description:
    The Global Technology Testing Analyst supports all aspects of software testing, ensuring that the project delivers high-quality functionality and meets its deadlines. You will work closely with collaborators across the project, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to define testing requirements, develop test plans, implement test cases, and identify and resolve defects.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Craft and develop comprehensive test plans covering all functionalities, integrations, and user scenarios.
    • Build and implement a variety of test cases, including functional, regression, non-functional, and exploratory testing.
    • Analyze test results, identify and document defects, and craft their resolution through to closure.
    • Collaborate with developers to reproduce and debug identified issues.
    • Participate in code reviews and provide assessment from a testing perspective.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry standard processes.
    • Proactively suggest improvements to the testing process and automation opportunities.
    • Maintain clear and concise testing documentation, including test cases, defect reports, and test execution logs.
    • Communicate efficiently with collaborators, providing timely updates and status reports.
    • Participate in training activities within the testing team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
    • 2+ years of experience in software testing, with a demonstrable understanding of SDLC methodologies.
    • Experience with crafting and implementing various test types (functional, regression, non-functional, etc.).
    • Proficiency in test automation tools is a plus.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Keen attention to detail and a passion for quality assurance.
