- Hybrid schedule
- Firm is in high growth mode and continuing to grow / promote from within
- The firm doubled in unit size and planning to close on thousands more by year-end.
- Management truly cares about staff, open door policy, questions and ideas encouraged
- Equipment provided for remote work
- Monthly close preparation including assisting with monthly operating reports to investors and third parties
- CAM reports
- Cash flow analysis
- Assist with audit package preparation
- Manage general ledger activity, trial balance, workpapers, etc.
- Candidates of all skill level encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, and comfortability being front facing a must
- Strong excel including v-lookups and pivot tables a plus
- Experience with Yardi, MRI or other real estate systems a plus
