    We are seeking a dynamic Litigation Attorney to join our team. This position involves working with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert advice, and representing them in court. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in insurance defense litigation or personal injury litigation.

    You will play a key role in our organization, ensuring the successful resolution of legal disputes and contributing to the overall success of our firm.


    Responsibilities:
    1. Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and appeals.

    • Represent clients in court.
    • Provide expert advice to clients on their legal rights and obligations, helping them navigate complex legal situations.
    • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve disputes efficiently and favorably.
    • Conduct thorough legal research to support arguments and stay abreast of current laws and regulations.
    • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
    • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals, sharing knowledge and expertise.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times, adhering to ethical standards of the legal profession

    Qualifications:
    1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

    • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on insurance defense litigation or personal injury litigation.
    • Exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to manage a high-volume case load and meet deadlines.
    • Demonstrated experience in drafting and arguing motions, conducting depositions, and managing discovery.
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
    • Proficiency in using legal research software and other legal technology.
    • Strong commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining client confidentiality.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
