    What you'll be doing:
    Accepts account responsibility for all activities of assigned accounts, including sales forecasts and gross profit forecasts.
    Develops a high level of relevant industry knowledge for strategic and key accounts.
    Determines and understands the customer's key business issues and needs.
    Provides technical support to customers and makes recommendations on product selection and applications for our products.
    Creates solutions utilizing products and services offered by Caltrol to address the customer's business needs.
    Accepts product champion responsibilities.
    Assists inside support staff with preparation of quotations, sourcing equipment and closing orders, as necessary. If required, the Sr. Account Manager may help expedite delivery of equipment, vendor data, and payment.
    Assists other team members to achieve team/company sales and profit goals.
    Provides timely input on sales forecasts to management, in addition to account profiles, competitive information and market conditions.
    Maintains and updates Territory and Account Plans when required.
    Maintains and updates sales calls activities.
    Maintains current project tracking tools and participates in scheduled account plan and project review sessions with management.

    What we're looking for:
    5+ years of outside sales or account management
    High level of selling acumen in dealing with strategic customers
    Strong negotiation skills to resolve complex challenges
    Detail-oriented account planner in developing and executing account plans
    Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
    Hiring Range
    The hiring range for this position is

    $120,000-$135,000 annually . This is the pay scale range Caltrol reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience of the candidate along with the requirements of the position.

    Physical Demands
    This job is performed in a typical office setting as well as visits to customer sites. Sites may be loud with exposure to varying degrees of temperature. While on site, PPE may be required including wearing safety shoes. While on site, extended periods of walking and standing may be required.
    Travel
    Some potential overnights within the Caltrol territory.
